Well i sold it to them right in the middle of 1-5hcs to be fair, but they thought i ripped them! Anyway, they chose to buy so they should have checked whether they could buy it cheaper before hand, but I still think it was a fair price. I guess there's no pleasing some people. I just thought it was fair and so did they during their spending spree, but when they realised all their spare furni was gona they decided they wanted to trade back which i would have considered if their friend hadnt threatened me.
