Tom thanks for the offer but im lookign for a little more its coded aswell. and when ive finished about 20 pound extra for the cms which is seperate ithas built in forummembers system etc.

Its not bad, reminds me of Hab-World a little, however them buttons stand out too much for me, dont go well with layout but that could just be me.
Very nice still.

The difference between mine and hab worlds is that its a bit darker plus its in the style of the habbo site. and the button look better on the coded version
