I don't think there should a limit of one job, I believe three jobs the most. The reason I believe a lot more staff get jobs than normal members is because managers check their behaviour on the forum, this is where a lot of normal members fail.

I have had about 4 people I would have wanted to hire but their poor behaviour meant that I couldn't give them a job. Whereas i go to someone whos already a staff thats slate is clean, so I end up hiring them.

It's hard to get staff, i know. Thats another problem the reccomendations and how to become staff i think is crap. You need 2 reccomendations and a whole pile more.

Eckuii opened applications to become a member of staff at the Help Desk about a week ago, so you could have just applied via that method...

Well, I still think 3 is a bit too much, make it two then.

I say two jobs per staff only! (+ help desk job.)

Well i'm not exactly one who knows about all the stuff behind the scenes. But I would imagine it's impossible to give your full attention to all jobs.
