Thread: Ouch...

    Default Ouch...

    My leg is really starting to hurt again now. I was at Wolves session day 3 (doesn't matter)...anyway...and we were having a match and this lad snapped me full-on. It hurt like heck then the coach told me to get back up and help defend...O RLY?! I can't move my ankle without it really hurting and my leg is really sore.
    Owell, got 1 week to recover.

    try doing the high jump then trying to talk to someone, Jump over the bar, Land on your feet on the mat, Slip off the mat, Land on the floor and put your arm out to stop yourself and snap both bones in several different places and in hospital for 3 weeks haveing 4 different operations.

    Anyway why was there a ditch on a running track? I thoguht it was illegal if they wern't suitable for running on safely?
