    LMAO come on Danny thats a bit harsh man. Go into public_html and then upload your .html and .css files and then go into images and upload your images.

    once your layout is on cpanel. Look for "create a new file" in public_html, press that and name the file. Make sure it is called "FILENAME.html" or "FILENAME.php".

    Than link it to your index file or where ever.

    Uploading on cPanel is so long and boring, get an FTP client, preferably GlobalSCAPE CuteFTP
