    From what you've said it seems that you've worn away your protective wrapping around the inside of the ball sesamoind bone in there.

    Make a fist with one hand and then put it into your other hand and surround it with your fingers. Then move your hand in left and right, it's like that for your knee but the liquid that helps it might of been worn away by extensive movement. So you might have bone on bone and that might be causing it to hurt...

    I had an x-ray but nothing came up. but when i was at the doctors and had to bend my knee it clicked really loudly so at least he could tell i wasn't lieing and lmao charles i used to love them ;']
