When I try to log onto the hotel it stays plain black, I've reinstalled shockwave plenty of times, deleted the files in tools and option files, contacted habbo about five times and got no reply, please help someone.

Not sure sorry maybe try installing and using mozilla firefox as your browser, then uninstalling your shockwave and trying too log onto habbo it will tell you that you need more files and will give you an option too download them which you should do

hmm youve tried everything i would of sugested and morizla isnt compatable with habbo and wont work :s
