my first was a recolouring so i did pretty well, so i think you should do recolouring before alts.

It doesn't matter if its your first or last, its still the quality of it, and I think its very poor, Im a big Hitman fan, and I think its terrible, you dont need the writing as you've got it in the title, which is why the quality went claflooy, not really anything altered. 2/10

Ah, the arm needs a little bit more done to it, but other wise I like the knife maybe like my avatar, change the facial expressions (done by your self) maybe? 6 and a half out of 10.

No i wasnt at my first, but heres a tip, dont pick a fight with any existing members, doesnt bode well for you. Anywayz some tips:
1. Save as .PNG
2. Pick something more challenging, even if it doesnt look good atleast you get experience and you tried
