i have made a purchase and have a code but dont know what to do with it and when ur making the purchas it doesnt ask for ur habbo name

I dunno but have you tryed putting the code into the credits voucher place.

If you have ordered it and have got the code I would suggest entering it in the Purse voucher slot. I may be wrong but if it doesn't work I think you need to have 13 credits or something. Don't quote me on that

thanx for ur help ppl but the company replied to my email and said that the code and instructions come with the thing i have bought.
maybe it should say that when u make ur order then it would be clearer

you put the code in were you would normally put in a voucher code in your purse
