    The nerve. If YOU want something off somebody you damn well give profit or AT THE VERY least a good even trade.

    I have ice corners, but as you need them and I don't mind hanging on to them, and I don't want to lose out furni-wise, I'll keep 'em unless you up your offer.

    You say that as if ice corners were undesirable, and we'd want to get rid of them. I have a fewthat I would be willing to sell, but yes, I would expect an even trade.
