I don't play Habbo, so it wouldn't really bother me. But if it closed down you wouldn't be able to sue them, as it says in the T+C's that it's property of Sulake and you are paying for the right to use it, or something.

And I highly doubt Habbo would close down as they are getting at least 90% profit. I remember someome telling me that a specific object sold something like 4K times in one weekend, think, that's about 30p each.
