Need help pleease

Can anyone tell me the code for.. hmm I dont know how to explain it. Like on a website, it says 'Click here to make blahblah your homepage!' and when you click on it, it makes that site your homepage. I need to know the code for that, and the code that makes it add to your favourites. +Rep for anyone that helps me, thanks
