Room arangement

How come some rooms apear higher up than others? I know that it is done on how old the room is etc, but sometimes if you put youre room like ''Trade [Nets]'', it will apear higher on the list that just ''Trade''.

I was just thinking, is there any way to get youre room higher up, or even on the top of the list?

Nope it isnt ,because the last room I made, came higher than all of them
