What's an alching room?

Just got 60 mage!Woot!
I heard someone mention something about an alching room earlier.
What is that?

its in mage training arena near the duel arena

It like a room and you have cuboards n in each one there are items like rune longs addy kites excetera and at the top of the screen is a price guid for what they alch for but it changes every few minutes the max u can alch something for is 30gp once you have used all your runes up you go put all the coins in this machine and u get 2 mageic xp per coin so u get the xp for the alch and then 60 more exp per everything you alch for 30gp
