Well it's just if anyone has seen a band and they're considering downloading them, but everyone flames it in here, then they'll know they don't need to bother.

Yeah but the person still might like them even if you flamed them. It's like me saying Ramones are rubbish so don't get any when everyone knows they were a good band. And I like Ramones btw.

But I don't see the difference between this and recommend a band? Because people could then download a band and they could be crap.

Well I think this thread is pretty pointless as people have different tastes in music and people will be put off by certain bands when they have lots of talent.

Wouldnt that mean the recommend a song thread is pointless too? Seeing as how everyone has a different taste in music.

Yeah, there's reccomend a band, so here's where you can say what bands you SHOULDN'T download or buy, because they're so excessively crap.

I love HIM, and Trivium and BFMV are ok
