how can u take a screenshot that when u hover ur mouse over a site button it changes into this hand thing...

how can u take a screenshot that also includes that hand (mouse), couse when u take normal screenshot, it doesnt include ur mouse pointer thing
(cant come up with the right name of it atm ^^)
