Many people have said black, but I doubt that'd be a good idea as your skin is too fair for black, and your hair is light, meaning your eyeborws wouldn't match and once you had black in your hair it'd show your roots badly and you'd have to have it taken out at the hairdressers, using chemicals which can cause irriversable damage. It'd be like that with all dark colours, so that's not a good idea.
People with blonde/fair hair, shouldn't dye it end of, go for some suttle high lights or low lights, because if you dye your hair it'd seriously ruin it because of the colour.
