    Err about 5? but i do 75 sit ups in the mornin and then 75 before i go to bed

    I do 70 - 100 sit up's a night and around 30 - 50 pressups. :] - Gradually been building it up though!

    I can do sit-ups for ages, but I suck at press-ups. I can hardly do any, so I just stick do doing double the sit-ups to make up for it.

    LMAO i can do none soz.. i cant carry my own weight x]! sit-ups kills my tummy x[. But i can do bout 40 in one min...
