How to use new habbo help tool

Hey i want to use the habbo help tool but when i click it it just gives me loads of FAQ's, can someone post a guide on howto use the new habbo help tool

no im banned and i sent them email via there email on the faq and they told me to use help tool, i followed their link and it took me to faq's

- Select which one it is.. or maybe 'none of the above'
- Write a polite letter too 'em
