Sombody has threatend to hack me and i have checked nortan and i have found a keylogger and nortan cannot get rid of it so i need help please.

There is a very informative thread on what to do about keyloggers here, and if somebody threatens you on habbo you should report them using the blue question mark.

I'm not surprised your Norton can't remove it, apart from being a type of Trojan, keyloggers also count as Spyware, and other applications are needed to deal with these. Read through this guide which will help you remove it: http://www.habboxforum.com/showthread.php?t=33

Yes do that. I had a keylogger once and that helpped me straight away and i didnt get hacked!
all i care about is laura prepon & cats.
