    Default Permed a log while back

    About half a year ago or more i got permed becuase a big mistake. When they permed me, they banned my IP address so i cannot make any new characters... From what i have seen, lots of people have been permed and can just make a new character but i cant

    Is this supposed to by like this for i want to play my habbo again

    depending on your isp, unplug your modem for 30 seconds and plug it back in. this usually resets your ip
