Ok, first I'd buy a HUGE house and all of my friends would move in.
Next I would:

  We would go to the posh mall and buy posh everything.
  I'd get all my friends more cars.
  I'd get myself LOTS of cars.
  I would go to wal-mart and buy everything and then have a free day for everyone.

I personally wouldn't want to, so here's what I'd do.

I would invest it, get a ton of interest. I'd give some to certain charitys now and again, I'd buy myself a nice house, and I'd spend a large majority on my family. Quite a bit would go to my friends also.
