i done the quest at i think it was 75 combat but i had 60 mage and range they havent changed much but i took rune arrows with mage bow all blast spells and i to a d hally but thats just me =]

i recomend having 60 mage
coz ya need to cast most spells etc; air, water, fire

I took a ddp, about 9 prayer pots, some runes, tele runes and the rest was sharks.

I bought chaoses, full rune and a d long. No prayer pots, 2 lobbies needed.
