Sea Dragon - 1 HC, everyone keeps saying "offer me 2 hcs for my sea dragon" but no one pays that amount, highest I've seen it go for was a HC and a dicemaster. Nearly everyone who is "offering" for one offers an HC. There's no way that whilst it's in the catalogue it can be worth more than an HC sofa.
Throne Sofa - gone down to 2.8 HCs, seen 10 times. People really want rid of them.
Silver Nelly - seen rise to 6.5/7 HCs (6.5 four times, 7 three times), going up as well as the bronze nelly.
Hammock - staying steady at around 2 HCs but I've seen it go for about 2.6 (was offered 2 HCs + disco sign for mine).
Green Pillow - rising, seen go for 9 HCs seven times now.

I agree with all of your comments, and most values. The t sofa hasnt dropped that much yet, surely? Anyway - thanks for reporting!
Habbox is:
an unofficial fansite for a good reason.
unliked for a lot of good reasons.
popular for all the wrong reasons.
probably going to get more popular.
(not supposed to, but probably does) control the general rare values of habbo.
(not supposed to, but definately does) influence people in their decisions on habbo.
For those of us who would like an actual honest fansite practically controlling clubtropica, please do us a favour and stick to habbo. Otherwise, callie may eat you.
