Well, It's Not Illegal As Such But You Can Get Banned For It. I Advise You To Never Sell Your Account As It Will Cause Fuss And The Person Buying Could Get Banned For It. Quote Taken Directly From RuneScape.com "Rule 6.
Each account should only be used by ONE person. Account sharing is NOT allowed.
You may not sell, transfer or lend your account to anyone else, or permit anyone else to use your account, and you may not accept an account that anybody else offers you"

ya its aginst the rules of runescape but im not sure if it is on habbo well i heard on runescape u can get perm ban from selling files
