Yes, Sony announced the camera for a PSP at the E3.
They only had a black camera on display and announce it will be released in September

true. but were also not 100% sure this is it. plus you know sony's good at making last minute changes :p

It looks quite odd, but cameras are good The Eyetoy was anyway.

I don't see what I'd use it for though, other than being able to facemap myself into games. (I know all the video calling stuff is possible too, but I don't see the point seeing as I could just use my webcam)

If they put it on the white ones that have just came out they are now on the game.net site for £209.99 with three games E.g. Worms Open Warfare,Football Manager Handheld,Sims 2 and outrun 2006: Coast 2 Coast.
