Looking for people that want to work for a forum/site that is aimed for teens.

Jobs Open:
Forum Moderators (3) - People that will look over the forums to make sure that the members are obeying the rules.
Graphics Designers (5) - People that can make graphics such as headers, buttons, and other forum-related graphics. Would prefer you to have a graphic editting software such as PhotoShop or Paint Shop Pro.
Idea Team (4) - People with good ideas for forum events and contests.

If you are good at something else an would like to work on the forums then please tell me what the job is.
