    The person that has repped you has 0 rep power. It doesn't not effect the amount of reputation points you have, but still appears.

    it means the rep is netral it does not affect your rep points total in any way , its grey / neutral becuase the person that repped you has rep power 0

    Damn i have 17, is rep power like 10's?

    so Rep power 1 is like 10, 2 - 20 , 3 - 30 Etc?
