Its Mxn I'm sure of it as I had to search a WC VIPs name in AdminCP for one reason or another and it only works when you do it without the WC
You can set with usergroups to have a certain Prefix or Suffix to the name. Usually forums do it with guests, so if someone chooses Bob as their guest name it'll be like GUEST: Bob when they post. So yeah just the base name 
It costs nothing to be a good friend.
