What should i do with my furni and rares?

Well as i have mentioned before, habbo got really boring now. I have about 90-94 hcs and idk what to do with them all. I also got some norms. I dont mind giving the norms away but i like to do it randomly like if i go in a room and just pick a person. but I want to make it worth while. I dont want to blow it on a casino cause im smart enough Any suggestions?e
