If it is its the new zammy heralded rune kite u need 70 prayer to get it

I couldnt trade mine, to get you need to speak to the herald in white knights castle adn ask for your family crest he will tell you yours (mine was varrock) I didnt want it so i paid for it to be changed mine was a skulled one so therefore I needed to be skulled when buying it, then I took my rune helm and use it on the shield easel in my mates house and I did the same with my rune kite.
