the caetgory doesnt make sense, why would a design site need a layout? the edges are choppy, you need to unchoppyify them, lol. 7/10

Pfft, scanlines you need tolowerthe opacity, there just nt for those kindof layouts, its ok though 7/10

the corners could use some work, theres a little too much blue and it seems kinda small.. 7/10

He has over used the corner effect.
Scan lines are too in your face.

How to inprove it:
- Lower the fade for the Scan lines
- Remove some blue ie: background and replace it with a light cream/greyish
- Remove some of the corner effects dont do every box maybe only the left and right side of the layouts?
- Where the links are remove the underline
- Make the text english so it looks abit better

I dont see why I should have put up with that
