if u have windows xp delete yuor accont (your xp account on the main screen not ur habbo one lol) then create a new one. Then download Mozilla Firefox (www.getfirefox.com a much better browser that gets less errors and junk with habbo). If you don't want to delete your xp account cuz ur lazy just use someoen elses account. May sound like it wont work but it does...believe me..once i got banned at my friends house, so she went on her moms user and it worked...so we created a new user for her, downloaded mozilla, and she had her habbo back :]

it's because when you get banned on any account that you have been on on your computer, it dosn't just ban your account, it bans shockwave, I think.... for a bit at least. My friend got permantly banned for "scamming" when he didn't so he just un-installed shockwave then installed it again and he could go on his accounts.
