    Most phpexspert since it loads quickly, althogh sometimes it botches the code highlighting so i switch to DW

    For quick HTML if I need it I use Microsoft Visual Web Developer but that only supports ASP, HTML and VBSCRIPT..

    I had that for a while off MSDN and it's pretty good but I don't know ASP which is what most people seem to use it for.

    I use Pnotepad (Programmers notepad) or if I am in a rush, I normally use dreamweaver 8.
