    Don't Hide It

Teen sexual abuse. It can happen anywhere, to anyone, even those you least expect.

The chances are it will never happen to you, but if it does, you're not alone. There's no need to put on a brave face.

You don't need to hide it anymore.

Over the next few weeks, either here in the hotel or on a Habbo Radio station, we'll be holding various events and activities to get you guys on board to help put an end to sexual abuse.

    Hear My Story

"I can’t remember how old I was when it all started. He would threaten me. And I was too scared to tell anyone. My parents would never have believed that my uncle was sexually abusing me. I was desperate. I hated my life. I didn’t want to hide it anymore."

"It had gone on for years. My mum and me were close but this was too close. My mates would think I was sick. I thought I was sick. I had no one to tell. I was so alone. But I didn’t want to hide it anymore. How could I say that my mum was sexually abusing us? Who do I tell?"

"I loved chat rooms. I’d talk to my mates, and I’d make new ones. I mean I’d heard of paedophiles on the web but I never thought I’d be singled out. I felt so stupid. I should never have met up with him. He’s changed my life. But I didn’t hide it. ".

"I hated school. I still don’t trust them. You know, teachers. Well I never expected to be sexually abused by one. Why me? It felt wrong. I was scared that my mates just might laugh at me. I like girls not boys! And I knew my mum and dad wouldn’t be able to believe me. I couldn’t hide it anymore. I’m so glad that I called.".

"I went to my mate’s party. I was really excited. I’d gotten dressed up for it and everything. I never expected to be sexually abused. I thought this older lad liked me! It left me feeling alone and embarrassed. I didn’t want to hide it anymore but who could I talk to?"
