I'm one of those annoying people that needs little sleep. I only get about four to five hours sleep a night.

The thing about a girl falling asleep playing Runescape is almost certainly a rumour. It's impossible to die from not having enough sleep, once your body NEEDS sleep, it drops into panic mode and FORCES you to sleep.
