Need A Good Template Designer

Our upcoming site needs a very stylish and cutting edge template.
It does not have to be coded as our site admins can do that.

But requirements are:

Colours- Black Background, Red Templates. ( Not To Bright that i cant read it. a darkish red. but still stylish )
A Space At Top For Our Banner. (800x150 MINIMUM)
And A Space Vertically Down The Right Hand Side For A Advertisment Bar(150pixels wide and like 550 pixels vertical )

And Space On The Right For Our Nav Bar

And Space On The Bottom For Radio Stats And Media Player.

For The Template You Will most LIekyl Be Given Admin Powers On The Site. And Possibly Depending On My Coluegue Habbo Furniture.

But If You Chose To Make. There Is +rep and there is no need for a bar on the right hand side for adds. just leave a space blank About 200pixels wide (edge to template edge ) so we can add adverts to the site l8r.
