That is very amazing for a first go, im no expert but i know how much time you need to make this. You could actually add a town park and make it look a bit eyecatching with humour say a skatepark and people falling or maybe chavs v skaters that will be a good laugh, oh well best of luck and my rating:

very well done just some c/c
the lines in the road are wayyyy too big, try to make them smaller.
and the pavement near the first house you did is very out of place apart from that good 8/10
