How To Cool Down

Okay, so erm I'm really hot. I have a t-shirt and shorts on, and I'm still boiling. Anyone know any ideas of what I can do to cool down?

Get naked?

We don't have any fans, my mum and dad and sister are asleep upstairs, and if I go for a shower, I'll wake them up, and getting naked is a bad idea, because I am on a leather chair and my skin will stick to the chair. Can't open any windows because my next door neighbour is having a BBQ and the fumes are flying over and going through the window giving me a sore throat.
