I am also having this problem. Restarting the computer, re-installing shockwave, deleting temp. files and cookies doesn't help.
Emailing habbo is a waste of time. Habbo have no clue how to fix it. I sent them an email January 22 and I still haven't got a reply. I just finished sending another one. But they don't reply because they don't know how to fix the problem, and they don't know what to tell you. About a week ago I emailed them asking them why we need to install shockwave to play habbo. I sent them email to see if they do reply, and in a few days I got a reply.
So there's nothing to do but wait until they know how to fix it.
