• dont use a pixel font in the content, use a standard font.
• Smooth the banner font, looks a little pixelated
• Try and lighten the background
• The overall theme is more of a clan as it is dark, most hosts are white and vibrant welcomeing customers
• Try and move away from the same "box design" and try something unique
• Brighten the headings' colour
• The banner should be in relation to the actual design, I dont understand those dials? Filling the space?
• Try and include a logo

umm i believe Arial Black IS a standard font
EDIT; dont look at banner, thats always just somthing quick to show were ur banner would come

I'm not sure that was ment to be intentionally sarcastic, but I did state the content which is not arial, itis a custom pixel font. I would agree on the navigation and banner being arial.

Maybe the Navagation font changed?
Just im not the biggest fan of the nav
