    Default Cast-control- Please help

    Okay, ive uploaded cast control to my site and done everything it says. Ive put in the correct Mysql information and this screen just keeps coming up:

    is ure server running slow make take a few minutes just a guess :s

    No, i thought that at first but i left it there for ages and well... unless my mysql database is dogey.
