If you know what software she is using:

Restart in safe mode, login as "administrator" without the quotes. Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and remove the program.

Im so lucky to be the only one here that knows how to configure the router, so even if anyone tried to block sites.. They wouldn't know how, and I also have 3 passwords they need to get passed !

It's so fun to block sites, and give certain computers access and see them trying to figure out what is wrong!
