Problems:
~ Scan Lines too dark
~ Horrible Font
~ Gradient for the font isnt subtle enough
~ Hate your use of blending options (They arnt as inconspicuous as they shuld be!)
~ Copyright is hidious. WAY too big. Too noticable
~ Do not like you use of over-wasting space
~ Title Graidnet is horrible. It fits, but its too much like the background. It blurs in!
~ No Logo? ***
~ I think the curve in the banner is too sharp.
~ Whats with the banner? Its a gradient and a split?! With text. Theres nothing eye cathing, or anything that would shok me to keep me there. No is it simple enough or subtle enough and compliment each other sufficently for it to keep me there for the mature design.
~ Content and Sponsor text is the same as above. Also, it's too big, and ugly

This is my personal opinion. I have picked out everything that I would change slightly.

Do not take it personally or get down because of my critism. Even though you may not think my own work is that good, I know what I like, and what works, Even if I dont impliment it all of the time.

Also, for unresaonable ress'ed people such as me and especially Carl, its too small. It takes up less that half my screen! The actually banner takes up just over a quarter!

Be nice to 56k people, and people with 800 x 600 res, but it would be small for them even! Better if the actually design without the background was 750px minimum to suit 800 x 600 newbies, but big enough for it to fit for a large res user. Most people these days have better monitors with beter graphics cards to use a higher resolution, so try and accomdate your large audiences, but be sympathic to the newbies.

No. He was giving you pointers that you should take notice of, and work on. Joe and Sygon always help me with my layouts, and after their criticism, my layout looks loads better.

So take note of what's been said, you asked for Constructive Criticism anyway.
