But having a tan usually means that you spend time outside and exercising.
If you sit at home all day playing habbo then you will probably be white.
Tannin is bad for your skin but people dont really care.
When a waiter tells you not to touch the plate because its hot. What is the first thing you do?
Check to see how hot it is.
Grr i hate the word 'soccer' its 'football' .
Yeah play FOOTBALL with no top on
please please use fake tan and sun cream, someone in my family got skin cancer from spending too much time in the sun when young
Sit in your back garden naked for a couple of hours, specialy at about 12pm, hottest part of the day.
Justice for the 96
No it doesn't , tanning is actually your skin cells breaking.Originally Posted by chilloutrich

Sunbeds are bad for your skin to be honest, the only way you're gonna gain a healthy tan is by exposing areas of your body to the sunlight - WHILE wearing a sun protection lotion; and reapplying it every hour or so.
Sun protection won't prevent your skin tanning.
Theres a new cosmetic product by Johnnson I think, something like "Holiday Skin"; you apply it at night and it gradually builds up a natural looking tan. Fake tans are obviously healthier than tanning via direct Sunlight & beds.
