Warped Tour 2006

Is anyone going to Warped Tour this year? I went to it yesterday and it was absolutely amazing. I'm going to go every year from now on. This year was my first.

Those who don't know what Warped Tour is, it's an annual (every year) tour where tons of bands play. Originally it was a punk-only tour but now there's more variety. There's a few different stages (Volcom stage, Vagrant stage, Main stage left, Main stage right, MySpace tent, SmartPunk stage, etc.) and there's more than one band playing at a time and they're all on different stages.

The bands I saw yesterday are

• Every Time I Die (2nd time seeing)

• Thursday
• Underoath (2nd time seeing)

Later on in the tour (starting sometime in July) there's going to be a lot of different bands playing, which includes Alexisonfire (*jealous*).

I met quite a few band members from different bands (Every Time I Die, As Cities Burn, From Autumn To Ashes, Paramore, June, Rookie Of The Year, Thursday, Silverstein, etc.) and had them sign my messenger bag. I met everyone in Paramore and they all signed it.

For a whole list of bands playing / tour dates go to www.warpedtour.com. The bad thing is the tour doesn't go to the UK so most of the people on this forum won't get to see it.

I was on holiday in Florida last year, and i was so close to going but we didn't know where it was and my dad left it too late to find out so i missed the damn thing.

I'm jealous of you for seeing Emery, my favourite band.
