Then let me put it more simply for the slow people - Get a candle, go into the lumbridge swamp dungeon, blow out the candle, you'll get attacked by "bugs" doing lots of 1 damages. That's what's happening to him.. Or was. After the new quest got released there was a glitch that allowed that to happen outside the dungeon.
