Range Tips?

Howdy ho, i'm trying to get 80 Range.. I've tried may times before but given up lols, Where/what monster would it best to train on.

I'm currently levle 75 training on orges with iron arrows.

I think they give off something like 320xp

Fire giants

Fire Giants(Lvl 86) or Black Demons(Lvl 172)

if you have
Crystal bow - black demons
Mage Short - Blue Dragons
or take a cannon and like 50k cannonballs (make urself, would be cheapest)
and go to rock crabs
you get 1k exp per every 5 crabs - take u like 30 seconds to get 1k exp
