I was refering to the html site rather than the flash intro, it was designed as a template by the looks of it, but thats not to say they wernt the ones who designed it, althogh im doubtful its orignal intention would have been for there use.

Althogh looking closer im actaly more convinced its brought from an exstrnal sorce, since the templeate and its flash banner all follow a strict hierachie, while there added content does not, Such as the offer bar which althogh in flash is not in the flash directory as would have been exspected "/
