Probably just a new Player Support staff member, or as someone said above maybe filling in for Lost temporarily -- good to see new people coming in though. To be honest, without trying to sound disrespectful to the player support, it could do with all the assistance it can get.
I don't personally use Player Support too often, but my few experiences haven't been all too great, and people often criticise it for being a shambles.

I'm still waiting for another account of mine to be "un-safety banned"; from a safety ban I didn't even request. I replied to an email from them about a year ago now still waiting for a reply, or the ban to be lifted.

Good find I suppose :p
